DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE

October 6, 2005

Meeting of the District Advisory Committee met in the Central Office Board Room, Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 3:45. Members present were: Helen Starling, Carolyn Harris, Amber Johnson, Cynthia Wise, Estella S. House, Sherri Peek, Debbie Shumake, Will E. Mashburn, Trayon Roberts, Lecia Barrett, Gail Davis, Donna Addington, Vincent Lum, Tim Williams, Cathryn Higley, Cathy Meadows, and Mr. Brewer.

I. Mrs. Starling called the meeting to order at 3:45

II. Minutes were read and approved, motion by Cynthia Wise, seconded by Mr.

Lum, motion carried.

III. Consider and take Action:

A. Mrs. Starling introduced Mr. Brewer. Mr. Brewer reviewed and

discussed the District Improvement Plan for 2005-06. Motion to approve the District Plan was made by Cynthia Wise, seconded by Donna Addington, motion carried.

IV. Items Request – None

V. No further business the meeting adjourned at 4:00.
