Things we do on a weekly basis:
~All
students, K-4th grades, jog on Tuesdays and Thursdays to help
develop better cardiovascular fitness.
~Wednesdays,
we have health where we discuss our bodies and how to take care of them to keep
them running in top shape.
~On
Mondays and Fridays we do exercises to keep our bodies strong.
~Fridays
are the student’s favorite day of the week in my room! They are given the choice of what game we are
going to play, after they have completed their exercises!!
