Tommy Crouch is a lifelong resident of DeKalb and has served the past 2 years as a DISD board member. He is married to Ashley and they have 2 sons. Tommy graduated from DHS and currently is the manager of the Front Street Junction in DeKalb. His vision for DeKalb ISD is "to be a district that not only our kids will be proud of, but our whole community will be proud to be a part of."

District 3- Tommy Crouch- Elected November 2018 and re-elected November 2022.

His term will expire in November 2026.
