Rules & Expectations

Daily Routine

• Upon arrival, have a seat and start on the daily bell ringer. Students are not to be walking around or disturbing others.

Behavior

• Students will be given a verbal warning and given the chance to correct their behavior. If a second warning is given, a strike will be assigned. If three strikes are given in a one week period, parent contact will be made. If this does not solve this issue, an office referral will be made. 

*NOTE* Each student is different and not every situation is the same, so the discipline may be different per the situation!

Classroom rules and expectations

• RESPECT others!!!

• No gum chewing- Campus rule!!

• No food or drinks are allowed in Science class!!

• Backpacks are to be kept in lockers!

• Phones are to be kept in the phone pocket chart that is located on the wall!

Composition Books

•  Each 5th-grade student will have a composition book they will put their foldable and notes in it. They can use it when needed during class time. 6th graders will bring their Science binders to class with them daily.

Homework 

•   Homework will only be assigned when the work is not finished in class.
